My son has been exposed to little sausages wrapped in bacon. He loved them and wants more. I looked on line to see some recipes and only found what seemed to be American ones.
I am not very keen on sausages as a rule, nor bacon; but it is Christmas and if my sweet babboo wants it, I'll make it.
So, what type of bacon and sausages do I buy? How long do I cook them? etc. etc. etc.

The BBC recipes suggest much faster cooking - maybe most people prefer them like that.
