Rarely eat Chinese these days as I prefer Thai, but when I do it is usually at an 'all you can eat buffet' at the local chinese restaurant. I always head for the sweet and sour pork, honey chicken, lemon chicken and honey sweet potato.
Is there a theme, I wonder? |

I love fried rice dishes, chow mein and beef with green peppers and black bean sauce. However, I've been to many Chinese restaurants and take aways but the chicken always tastes like rubber no matter which Chinese I use
Is it something they do with it?

I doubt it. The chicken always tastes fine to me, but then again, I have been known to like trashy food.
