chocolate coated air
A bowl of coco pops or any other sugary cereal and I'm hungry an hour later. Tend to go for more filling oat cereals.

What happened to Special K was a travesty.

It used to be tiny little light pieces which was great with cold milk and sugar. Then it became this horrible heavy gritty crap that looked like a production fault that they decided to keep.

Bring back the original!

Yuck. Not me..........I remember when I was about 6, I got them at my aunt's house. I was really sick after eating them.
Even the smell of them now makes me gag.

The odd thing about sugar puffs ( I love them BTW!!!) Is that they make your pee smell of them.

Wonder why that is....?

They went from being rice based to wheat based here. We came across "original formula" Special K in Canada earlier this year and brought 2 big boxes back with us

I could eat them dry out of the box as a snack, but not with milk - way too sweet. My fave cereal is Special K or Bran Flakes, with a sprinkle of raisins on.

Thanks for that. Seems blindingly obvious now. It's still really hard to imagine rice in cereals like Rice Krispies, even though the clue is in the name!

They even did an ad campaign based around it, saying if you didn't think it was made from rice, what did you think it was made from?

I was also going to say that Sugar Puffs have a urine-related effect. They are nice though
