What would you advise i get?

Well im getting a new tv soon for the dining room, HD one around 26inch, anyway,

Connected up to it is a Sky+ box, and a DVDplayer/surround.

Now. I am wanting to get out my game consoles, Just so they are there and can be used.

I didnt really fancy them all in the clear glass stand i have on show. So i pictured some kind of storage,

Now i have seen one i like, It has 'criss cross' front and would go fine next to my tv, I will make it well vented from the back for the
VCR
Nintendo
PS1
Ps2
Xbox MC

Now of course there would be many cables here to connect to one tv with only a few inputs.

Getting more to the point, I have seen 4way scart boxes but im not sure i like these as i cannot choose which input to use and when.

The VCR, PS2 and XBOX will use A Scart connection and the Nintendo could too but i would rather just stick to the RF cable it came with and also the PS1 will we RF.

So thats an idea of what i have to connect, Along with the Sky+ and DVD player that will connect via start, but i assume the tv will only have two scart connections. So i will pass dvd player through the sky box. so it leaves one free for the method of connecting my other equipment.

What could i get cheap to sort this out? Ebay is fine also.

Could i make something for the two RF connections to go into? I want to limit the wires comming from the cupboard so it doesnt look messy

I have just thought, if you could comfirm

The ps1 connection has the seperate female on the end for a usual aerial to connect up aswel.

So in this case i could. Connect the Nintendo to this port. in the cupboard still. Then run a normal RF cable from that to the tv (doing this limits one cable comming out and not two)

Im not bothed about quality for these so i think this will do the job?

Just the scart i need to sort out now!

Yeah you pretty much got it down, the PS2 could be linked with composite, if that conection is on the rear of the t.v. other wise it looks messy pluged in the side, your right about the two into one idea with the R.F. units from the PS & Nintendo, that will do fine for casual gaming, unless your bothered by mono only sound and the slight grain you'll get from a R.F. picture, but you aint so thats cool, RGB loop through is good idea aswell for dvd and Sky box combining keeping a connection free..
