RTD thinks Adlof hitler would make a good and evil timelord

Someone is needing to tell RTD to shove his head up his own ar*e and do a vanishing act.

Hahaaa... Did some tabloid berk actually report that joke answer to ("Who out of anyone, would you like to be the next doctor?" "Hitler") as an actual story? Man, they must be short of column inches.

I think RTD is a terrible writer, and an arrogant idiot, but sometimes the tabloids make it hard not to like him when he winds up the hell-in-a-handcart crowns so well.

Everyone already is but like all arrogant idiots - he won't listen!

One rather big problem - Adolf is rather dead, so it would be rather difficult to cast him

And yes, I think that this is an RTD wind-up (and the bait has been taken by some .... )

This is just a smokescreen. We all know that cheeky nanny-basher "Lucky" Lord Lucan has been cast as the 11th Doctor. To add a bit of tension, he'll have a "Will they? Won't they?" relationship with his new companion, clumsy nanny Louise Woodward

Doc and Brig have already met him and were there when he pegged it, in "The shadow in the glass".

I'm thinking that it really isn't RTD who's coming across as an 'arrogant idiot' here...

And hey Dervish - it's only in the peculiar world you inhabit that 'everyone' wants to see the back of RTD. In the real world it's only a tiny minority...

Who you calling arrogant

Just wait till the confidential progs. Everything will be Super, Astounding, Brilliant. The best episode every!!!.

Can you imagine the headlines if they introduced Hitler as a TimeLord. Enough fuss regarding Titanic.

Anyway bring back The Monk

Only an idiot would expect the Confidentials to be any other way. I repeat - only an idiot.

The Tommorrow People revealed Hitler was an Alien with no problems at all. The Doctor Who novel 'Timewyrm: Exodus' revealed that Hitler was being influenced by an alien within him.

Nice to see some real Xmas spirit here...

I expected the confidential progs to be about the making of the progs and what went into them instead of the makers praising themselves. What's idiotic about that? The first series was worth watching and they got all up themselves in the second. Will be giving the next lot a wide berth.

yeah but dickens and shakespeare were in the show as characters. We're talking about the real hitler playing the doctor as David Tennant does. You do really need to be alive for that "tbh"

Good for you (although once again a post by dervish totally misses the point and adds, well, nothing to the discussion). Pity that the forum software displays ignored test when quoting though.

Still, only a day to go, then you'll have no reason whatsoever to post in this forum again (well, at least for a year).

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow you know ..... what with the turkey, mince pies, Doctor Who (and Kylie) and other things ........ a rather satisfying day in all respects.
