From what I hear about it, this one looks like its going to be hilariously bad.
As for the caliber of celebs? Moderate. Not as bad as it COULD be. And a number of them might even be known to a U.K. audience.
Lennox Lewis - although oddly enough, he's only moderately well known in the U.S. American Boxing fans know him, but almost nobody else.
Piers Morgan - was a judge on the American version of "Got Talent", but for the most part is a nobody in the U.S.
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth - EVERYONE knows this creature from the first season of the original U.S. Apprentice. Now she's apparently considered a "Celebrity".
Vincent Pastore - aka "Big Pussy" from the Sopranos.
Stephen Baldwin - he's the Baldwin brother who played Barney Rubble in the film adaption of The Flintstones.
Gene Simmons - lead singer of the 1970s American supergroup KISS. Hasn't done much since except a really bad reality show
Marilu Henner - If you saw the 1980s American sitcom Taxi, you'll know her. Otherwise? You won't. Because she hasn't done anything else, other than a few Diet/Exercise books.
Nadia Comaneci - I suppose most sports fans know her--if not by sight then at least as part of a sports history memory of the big bad 1970s Romanian Olympic gymnastics team. Or maybe not. I'd say that vague knowledge is true of most U.S. sports fans, although probably nobody knows or cares where she's been since then.
Carol Alt - A former supermodel who appeared on tons of magazine covers in the early 80s. In other words, nobody really has any reason to know who she is anymore.
Trace Adkins - he's an American country music star. Which means that about 50% of the U.S. knows him REALLY well and the other 50% has no idea at all who he is. America is schizo like that.
Tiffany Fallon - a former Miss USA contestant (she lost) and a former Playboy model. In other words, she's totally interchangeable with about 200 other women who's career paths are almost identical.
Jennie Finch - Olympic Gold Medalist: Softball. Which means that NOBODY in the U.S. knows who she is either.
Tito Ortiz - Ultimate Fighting Champion. Which means that a lot of Trace Adkins fans know who he is (country music stars, Ultimate Fighting stars and incidentally, NASCAR racing Stars all tend to the same demographic). The rest of the U.S., and the world, likely has no idea, or any care, who he is.
