I love halloumi and many other cheeses but cheddar (mature) is the supreme one.

Failing that, I like boursin or cottage cheese, feta or mozzarella...but for a grilled cheese sandwich, it's mature cheddar.

Favourite cheese is Neufchatel, followed by St Agur, Jaarlsberg and Double Gloucester

Morrison's Farmhouse Double Gloucester. For some reason they've not had any on the deli counter for ages now, only the pre-packed stuff where the butter is.

Gouda
Emmental
Camembert
Feta
Monterey Jack
Mozzarella
and this cheese from Asda which has a green rind and has chives throughout, it's lovely melted over toast with some English mustard smeared on the bread.

I sympathise, I can't drink Coffee and I adore the smell of it
I love Cheshire, on ritz crakers with butter.
Also Garlic Le Roule, served the same way.
