Wensleydale with Cranberries is nice, got some Mexican Cheddar for Xmas as well that's outrageously spicy.
Hate Mild Cheddar, it's pointless. |

I had the misfortune to try some of that "Leerdammer" cheese the other night.
I can honestly put it on the "one of the foulest tastes ever" list! Now give me Brie; Camembert; Mozzarella; or a good cheddar any day

Red Leicester for general use
Parmesan with pasta Brie with French Bread but hate it when it smells of ammonia Wensleydale with cranberry or blueberry with crackers I like smoked Wensleydale too and Stilton with apricots Cream cheese with cinnamon bagels and cream cheese with garlic and herbs to make a pasta sauce. I melt Mexican cheese on tortilla chips I like to make cheese toasties with Applewood I hate blue Stilton, stinky very strong cheeses (they bring on a migraine) and goat's cheese |

Cheddar, Brie, Austrian Smoked, and I must admit to being a fan of the old Dairylea...
I would branch out a bit more, but a lot of cheeses have blue or green bits in them and I just can't bring myself to eat something that's mouldy, even if it is by design. (With the exception of the baguette place near where I work which does a very nice Stilton and Chicken Mayo baguette...) |

Any and many varied soft and hard cheeses.
![]() The only cheeses I don't like are vile *cottage cheese*, smoked cheeses, and find Edam a bit dry, prefer Gouda, more creamy. Haven't worked out yet how to get around the problem of the lovely Swiss/French soft cheeses which come in delightful wooden boxes, and taste delish, but make the fridge smell like rotting veg. ![]() Basically Cheese Rocks!

Wensleydale, or Mature Cheddar - if a fancy something a bit milder - Edam or Leerdammer.

I've never tried any cheese other than the normal mild cheddar from sainsburies. The thing is, I LOVE cheese. I totally need to try some more but I don't want really strong stuff.
