We bought this product in April 2004. 18 months of excellent TV, then suddenly the bulb went and a local dealer said they would fit a new one. After weeks waiting (they had to get something from Wales to fit the bulb?) we got it back, to find 6 months later it had gone again. So we sent it back the same companry to spend more money, who again had to send for this manual in Wales (I would have assumed they would have owned a photocopier?). Anyway got it back weeks later and here we are here 8 months on, and the fan has become extremely noisy, no sure whats going to happen. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy an LG again!!

So if anyone is sucked into the good looks of this TV, then don't be fooled!
