It was Delia Smith's recipe. I also made her Christmas cake and some mincemeat and they taste fine. I don't know what I did wrong with the pudding but it has put me off making another one. I wanted to avoid all the additives that are in shop bought puds but can't do without having some Christmas pud. I love it.

Christmas dinner was lovely though.

Roast Beef, tragically overcooked by my sister-in-law.
M&S Belgian Chocolate Souffle, which was fab.
