Watched "Voyage of the Dammed" yesterday, thought it was brilliant.Watched the preview of season 4 of Dr Who, noticed that Davros wasn,t amongst the clips. I wonder why?
Davros missing?
Possibly not filmed yet (They're only half way through the seasons shoot?) or because he's not actually in the show this year...
Last year the Master didn't appear in the trailer after 'The Runaway Bride' either. Those trailers generally only show clips from the first half-dozen episodes.

That's true - they can only show stuff that's been filmed, obviously, but also fx light scenes as most of the Mill's work would not be added yet.
The pre-season preview (generally on the website/red button) in the week before more may have something more juicy... though last year we only got a few shots of Mr Saxon and no direct indication of the role he was to play... so if indeed Davros is coming up I wouldn't get your hopes up!

well if they follow the same format as last year when they do the mid season break for the Eurovision song contest we should get another trailer for the 2nd half of the season at the end of either episode 6 or 7.
Who started the Davros rumour? As far as I'm aware there's been nothing at all to substantiate it. But somehow it seems to be becoming regarded as fact.

RTD was asked and didn't deny it at the press conference last week. Who knows....

Every year they're learning to keep the press from blowing the gaff. I'd just love this season to be the one.

The best way for them to bring him back for me would be after a Dalek free series in 2008. The "What..... What" moment at the end of S4 should be Davros appearing either by the Tardis console of on it's screen. He sets a trap for the Doctor which continues through xmas 2008 and the '09 specials.
Didn't one of the nationals say Ben Kingsley had been signed up for Davros? Much as I hate to admit it, if it was in The Sun its probably correct. The Sun has an amazing track record of reporting Who stories which turn out to be true.

I was actualy rather happy i didnt catch sight of a single dalek or that asbo oap davros in the series 4 preview.
Cant be doing with them, their so boring!
I think my head will explode if people go on about that sontaran somehow is davros in desguise and all their conspiracies.

It was reported on several sites, including DS (here) back in August but denied by Sir Ben Kingsley in October.
