Pastry to Apple Turnovers?
What Pastry do I need to make Turnovers? I tried some with mincemeat in them and they were tasty. I imagine Puff Pastry wouldn't be 'sweet' enough would they? or do I need to make them sweet myself?

I think puff pastry would be nicest
. I'm going to make some puff pastry mince pie thingys later. I'll be using ready-made pastry, and will sprinkle them liberally with caster sugar before baking. Hope that helps!
