Hello,

I have recently purchased this TV and I having some problems.
Firstly, Is there any way to set the default contrast setting?
When the TV switches on, it defaults to "Dynamic" which I dont like as it is too bright.
Also, the picture occasionally goes off for 5 seconds, then re-appears and changes the contrast setting back to Dynamnic!!!!
The Sound still stays on while the picture is gone.
Is doesnt matter whether the tv is showing output from my Xbox (Component), aerial (Coaxial) or DVD recorder (HDMI), the picture problem always occurs!!!!!

Anyone know if any future updates will solve these problems?

It sounds like you have the TV in "Shop" mode instead of "Home" mode, check you manual to find out how to reset.
