I say yes! They are amazing characters of DW and would be great in Torchwood, we've already kinda had Cybermen with the Cyberwoman.

I don't think they should be in torchwood, it's meant to be an adult edgy show.

Unless they used a different Dalek variation, like a redesigned imperial dalek. Or a better designed Spider Dalek.

Hell yes. Maybe then we could see why they are so feared.

What would be good to see is Torchwood using a Doctor Who monster / villain that's not yet appeared in the new series. Zygons, Axons, Ice Warriors, plenty to choose from!
