I have the new Tiscali+ PVR and at least once every day I have got an on-screen message saying:-

"Service Notification, please turn your set top box off and on (if problem persists call customer service) VM: Could not find Class".

As well as being extremely annoying it has resulted in a number of failed or partial recordings over the Christmas period.

Customer service have told me to reboot the PVR which I have done to no avail.

Anyone else experienced this?

I have the full Tiscali package (Broadband, phone and now TV). I had Tiscali TV and the PVR (along with a wireless router) installed by a Tiscali Engineer just before Christmas. The phone and internet are working ok.
