I was going to recommend All Recipes. It’s a great site, loads of good recipes and I love how you can change the servings required and have it in metric as opposed to the silly "1/2 a cup of flour" type American weights.

The only problem with some of the vegan recipes is that the gluten flour which they use to make seitan is not commonly available in the UK. I've only found one source so far http://www.flourbin.com/flour.html (search for gluten powder) and postage is expensive so I've been working up to making a big order.

This is another vegan chanel that I check out but he hasn't updated for a few weeks

I'm not terribly keen on mock meats myself and I've heard it's quite a chore to make seitan! I found this Seitan Quick Mix at Veganstore though, in case it might be of any help to you?

www.chow.com is my favourite.

American but with some great ideas, the meals are illustrated and gives good suggestions for accompaniments.
