o2 "Online Support Form"
Hi,
Does anyone know whether o2 respond to questions sent via their online form during the weekend? I sent a message to them on Thursday, and still haven't had a reply. Even though they state that they will respond within 24hrs on their website. Also, when I used to contact o2 they always sent an acknowledgement e-mail to let me know that they have received it, but I haven't had one of these when I contacted them on Thursday - does that matter? Thanks, John |

The last time I used it, it was playing up and I gave them a call. They hadn't received the question.

I would resend it, i sent one a few weeks ago and got the reply the next day. I don't think they recieved yours if you don't get the thank you thing straight away

Yeah, resend it, i don't think they got it because i got a reply basically right after i sent them one, and this was only 2/3 weeks ago.
I was righting at work via my phone earlier lol, it took so long to type that message! |

It seems that the Support Form for o2 customers is down, so I had to use the "Not an o2 customer" form.
It sent correctly, and i've had an a Acknowledgement from o2. Thanks for your help! |
