Does anyone know whether o2 respond to questions sent via their online form during the weekend?
I sent a message to them on Thursday, and still haven't had a reply. Even though they state that they will respond within 24hrs on their website.
Also, when I used to contact o2 they always sent an acknowledgement e-mail to let me know that they have received it, but I haven't had one of these when I contacted them on Thursday - does that matter?
