Aggghhhh I know Ive been so had. About 2 months ago I unwittingly signed up to bubbletext to get a free text.
Since then Ive had a message come through to say my top up has been approved and £1.50 taken from my account.

To stop these top ups, I have emailed them, slow mailed them, replied STOP to their top up messages (as instructed on the t&c if u want to stop these top ups). But still Im getting a unwanted top up every two weeks. So far about £6 has been taken for unwanted top ups. Needless to say I havent got any reply to my emails, slow mails and STOP messages.

Im with Orange PAYG and wondered is there a way to block this bubbletext number to my phone?

If you give Orange a call, they can give you this companies phone number. Or go to www.phonepayplus.org.uk and enter the shortcode number to get the phone number and address. Phone them and ask them to stop. If this fails then make an official complaint to Phonepayplus, who can force a refund and fine the company.

Thanks for that prking. Will be contacting phonepayplus tomorrow to make an official complaint about bubbletext as all the advice phonepayplus offer on their site I have done over the last 2 months or so.

However have text STOP ALL to the latest update text bubbletext sent me and maybe just maybe they might respond this time

I hope they do. Some companies will exploit the system and it is only by reporting them that they stop. Good Luck.
