Nokia Applications & O2 GPRS Questions

Okay, just got a 7210 a week ago, and I'm looking for some downloads to enhance the thing. I cannot for the life of me find a site which offers downloadable Software/Applications rather than bloody ring tones! The only ones I could find were on the Software Market of the Nokia website and some site on tagtag.com. Does anybody have any sites where I can download programs (specifically email or web browsers for the 7210) either free or paid for, doesn't bother me.

Secondly I was thinking of phoning O2 and getting GPRS enabled. I am on the Leisuretime Plus contract, so my question is how difficult is this and what sort of cost is it?
