My American girlfriend is coming over at the end of the month, she likes (as do I when I've been there) flavoured coffee creamer, (I particularly liked hazelnut flavour) but I've not seen it in supermarkets here, anyone know if it's available? In the States it's in the dairy aisle next to the milk.

I know the ones you mean - I used to buy them when I was over there to flavour butter icing when I used to make a lot of cakes - itsvery handy for that.
I have never seen them here though. My favourite was the Irish cream version.

I think you can get them online - CoffeeMate do some, I think.

EDIT: Yes they do:

(Bulk buys at the top, single buys a little lower down.)

I have just come back from the States and there are so many flavoured creamers. The powedered ones are easy to put in the case. I used to get the liquid ones but since the on board fluid restriction, I had to resist.

The Blueberry cobbler is lovely. The Irish coffee one is the only one I don't like

You can get vanilla latte creamer here which is good.

Do they deliver to the UK or just the US?

Whittards do instant coffee that is flavoured, the vanilla, hazelnut and the amaretto are good. If you add your normal creamer to it, it tastes the same as the creamers you get in the US.

Cheers - I was looking for the liquid ones but the link for those powdered ones looks good, was looking for some in UK.

I've got some flavoured coffees - just halfway through a "Holiday Blend" that I picked up in Coffee Beanery in Philadelphia.

Will probably give a miss this time, we are thinking about her moving over here so much of the trip she'll be viewing things as a possible home, so we'll stick to what is available and then if she moves over we'll check things out if she is really missing or craving something.

But for the trip over she just wants British stuff anyway (or at least to have what I would have - seeing as I buy bagels for example!)

There are certain food sites that you can ship over American foods, some based in the UK. I'm not on my home comp at the moment but have a few links there so I'll post them later. Cereals and drinks and things.

I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but you can buy it in Somerfields for around £3.

Sort of, but not quite! I saw that in the supermarket yesterday - £3 for that versus about £1 for ordinary creamer!

And 100 calories per serving?!
