I don't know if there's one that does both -

The TX-32DTS3 is the new Digital Satellite integrated TV that can be connected straight to a minidish. Obviously this can receive Free-to-view channels with a BBC card, but I don't think it can also receive Digital Terrestrial signals.

The TX 32DH40, DT30 and DT4 are the new Digital Terrestrial (Freeview) integrated TVs.
