Some stores selling these TV sets with a price difference of over £400 between them.
On the Sony website the only difference stated is the 3500 is 123mm depth and Brushed Metal and the 3000 is 121mm depth and Silver.
Anyone know if these are the only different points between them and why one is deeper than the other.

The vast number of different models always totally confuses me!

I think i'll wait a few months to let the price drop a bit more.
Anyone know if Sony does an extended warranty for it's own equipment.
The firms selling the tv's want approx. £300 for three years and £500 for five years, I was wondering if Sony would do it cheaper but can't find details.

Sony do the 5 year guarantee for free at the moment, so yes they do it cheaper.
