Been catching up and Cap Girl blew me away with her sussing out of Jez over on the Emilia A.T. Of course we should have all spotted the anagram in the fm's name, specially as it was the first post! Now don't someone tell me that it might not be Jez, as I have a real hunch that it really is him, it's just too coincidental. Watching the vid, the love and admiration for Emilia which Jez always showed during Hijack really came across, it just had soul. I had the same feeling watching it as I used to have when they were in BB. LOL Watch this space.

Lol tudor rose,nice to see you back with a bang! Cap Girl blew us all away last night. None of us had seen that,how blind we were.Only Jez can come and tell us,there is no post so we can only speculate. But all in all the message seems to be 'hands off' if it is him.
I have been laughing non stop since last night. We can only watch the space who knows?

I dont know what every one else thinks here but IMO,I think it is not the DS trend that a new FM posts a first post in an appreciation thread and does not say anything or does not come back for a week to chat. Especially as the clip posted is an Emilia clip
Anyway I feel I am closer to thinking that it is our very own Jeremy Metcalfe as MyRamjetFleece and with a big on my face I have no words to describe how excited I am to think that he could have registered on Digital Spy Forums. And why not? A new year,new aspirations and I wish him all the best!!

Thanks Jonny for keeping us to date with the lads. You boys are really funny with your hugs! I went to an all girls seconday school,I dont remember having this sort of banter,maybe boys are very affectionate.

But keep up the spirit,it can last a very very long time,we still have big alumini meetings with big kids and families even as grown up women even if it is about 8000 miles away from the school we attened as young girls.

Jonny say hello to our headteaher incase you bump into her,she is now retired and lives in Fanborough,we see her at our gatherings sometimes lol.

Nice to see Jeremy on our screens again. That was the perfect programme for a perfect example to young people. Confident and subtly shy,the Jez we know and like. Well done and hopefully there is more to come.

I dont think anyone here got enough of Hijack,we were more than willing to watch Jez without much sleep for 3 months.

I must say I cant sit in a Jez driven car at that speed,no wonder Lisa was holding on tight

I recognised the music straight away but I did not know who was the artist, she is Rihanna that is in the news at the moment ?. There again I did not know who Nathan was until you updated me.

Yes Rihanna the R'nb superstar in the news at the momment. It is interesting that producers on every show associate Jeremy with this song.Transducer also just made a whole vid with it.

Nathan was even more known before he went to the BB house than now. At least he had some songs out but since the show he seems to have disappeared without trace. He did do lots of interviews after the show and some work on Choice FM but I think he over estimated his success on Hijack.I think he would have easily sloted in the fab four but played it too safe and the last thing you can say on BB is having a 'game plan' people just swtich you off.

I actually had a thought about how fantastic Jeremy's BBC2 show at the weekend was. I think it has the potential to expand and I hope some TV company could pick it up. He displayed very good instructor skills.

So now if they could get about 5 young people with different phobias around learning how to drive and he can give them Metcalfe master classes over 5 shows in the different areas. That would be a great Jeremy Metcalfe show

One of the ways young [and not so young] Racing drivers supplement their incomes is to work for various circuits Driving schools/Experience days and he looks to be a natural to do that as well. Most circuits hold these sort of days- Donington and Thruxton [in regards to Jeremy] have good examples of this.

Marc Orme then got the right area for him and a gap in the TV market.He was very good,and very natural on TV and I hope he can get a proper show out of it. Considering how shy Jeremy actually is, it never ceases to amaze me how he works television without even knowing or trying.

As an episode it was on the right show,but that show covers otherthings. So now I think the next step is to get a proper channel to host it as a series. Good luck to him.

I am not entirely sure of what Marc Orme's role is with regards to Jeremy, I get the impression that Jeremy uses him for press release pre and post races instead of actual management, but I might be wrong.

I remember the time that Jeremy had appealed to the MSA national court about an exclusion he had suffered after an accident that he had with Sam Bird and Robert Metcalfe [Jeremy's Father] was clearly the decision maker then.

Jeremy won the appeal [which was completely the correct outcome] and went on to win the cup for the best performer at Donington. I did not see it clearly at the time but I think that it was the Cup that Jonny brought to the BBLB studio.

I think I can only go with what is on Jeremy's website ie Media,Marketing and website management.According to the first interview Jeremy gave about 48hrs after BB,it was Marc Orme who got him on the show ie Endamol contacted Jeremy through him. All that imo would perfectly fit within any media ventures Jeremy would be involved in.

Marc Orme on his website although he says 'racing on four wheels'is his core businness. He also covers PR,writen journalism and music. Therefore imo he has a lot of knowledge,understanding,experience and contacts in entertainment. That is possibly why Endamol even contacted him and you can now see more and more TV companies are getting to Jeremy.

In the racing area he says he represents clients in all racing matters,does sponsorship applications and manages their websites.

All this put together imo Marc Orme would be Jeremy's agent in any motor sport matters,PR and media. So imo he represents him in all areas especially as Jeremy's profile has now expanded beyond motor racing only.It involves BB and the entertainment industry.

From the way I see it,possibly they have been together for a very long time. They had to have had a very good relationship to venture into the BB house.

Because I dont know what happened in that particular case,I cant have an opinion on why or why not he was not involved.

Well Marc Orme was the media officer for Renaultsport UK in 2005 until a reorganisation, which was the series that Jeremy raced in and Jeremy's website was launched in 2006.

I am a bit disappointed that the annoucement of Jeremy's appearance on the show on Saturday had the wrong time listed. It is a good that most of us use EPG's for TV listings these days and that is was listed at an earlier time rather than a later one or it might have been missed by some people.

I would not know what happened in 2005. My taking on a situation like this is,I think people can be employed in an area while upgrading themselves through consultancies elsewhere. If I could put my previous job tittle and my CV,they would not match at all. Because while I was in employment I was involved in lots of governance positions and consultancies which are even bigger than my job.(some of them at National level)

So I think you can only go freelance as he obviously did after building it up sideways while holding a job.

Just pointing out how Jeremy and Marc Orme would have come across each other , nothing more
