So what did you all think?

I thought it was going to be awful, however what happened was an episode that was back to it's best. They have gone back to the core of the series and all the stupid gimmiks are gone.

There was a good mix of celebrity personalities and as a whole the episode was very entertaining.

The task was an Apprentice classic, simple and to the point, selling hot dogs in New York. The men decided to focus on celebrity and ended up gaining a huge total and Apprentice record. The women focused on selling hot dogs and lost as a result.

I think this is going to be a great series and may serve to put the show back into the main Autumn schedules.

I want to kill Omarosa. I really really do. I don't think I've ever hated someone so much.

I always enjoy Trump's Apprentice, even during the dodgy LA series! The task was excellent, and they have picked some excellent people in Omarosa, Piers and Steohen Baldwin.

However, I am starting to get concerned that every single task will come down to how much the teams celebrity friends can donate. That's fine as a one-off, like the Comic Relief version, but for an entire series I think it will get tired very quickly. Hopefully Trump mixes up the tasks and it isn't all dependent on how much a team makes

Omarosa should clearly have been fired because she missed the point (it is about the celebrity, not the hot dog). If Tiffany got Hugh Hefner to purchase a hot dog, it wouldn't have made much of a difference because the girls had only a third of the boys. But Omarosa makes such great TV, they would have been mad to get rid of her first

That is exactly what i thought. They need somebody to cause ructions in the female team and she is that person. i firmly expect for her to be eliminated about episode 5 after the other female characters are more established.

Yeah, I figured she was kept to stir things up a bit and make things interesting - exactly the reason she would've been picked in the first place. They knew EXACTLY what she'd be like, and she certainly proved them right!

I'm looking for someone to step up and take her down though, and I can't wait

No. I highly doubt this will be shown in the UK, especially now that BBC seem to have given up on US Apprentice

Just got around to watching this tonight. Throughly entertaining! I have to say I'm glad Omarosa stayed, she's great TV (I remember her from season one and she was pure TV gold) and she absolutely killed in the board room, she managed to destory Tiffany Fallon and the model woman, without even breaking a sweat. Should be an interesting season!

Challenge told me a while back they woul like the rights to the Us series but they were with the BBC. I think i am correct in saying the BBC can only show something like 10% imported shows. They have chosen to sit o the rights and use the 10% on other shows.
