Pete Doherty wants crack from America
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/a8...k-america.html
Anyone else misread the title, as I did? And wouldn't be surprised if this was actually the true statement? |

Sounds like more bollocks tabloit rumours.
Unless he is quoted as sayin it in a magazine, i refuse to beleive anything a so called "source" says. And yes, his chances would be slim seeing as he wouldnt be allowed into the country. But Petes never shown any interest in "cracking" america... dont see why he would start now. |

Why the obsession with America anyway?.
If a British band or artist does 'break' America, then thats great. Some nice extra record sales and tour money, but frankly some of the best and most successful British bands and artists, neigh bands and artists anywhere, of all time had/have had only minor or no success in America... A band or artist dosent 'need' to have 'made it big in the US' (or even North America) to be regarded as a top or legendary band or artist, who has made/makes great music. Past or present. (and to be fair, no success outside the US dosent make a US band or artist any less inferior either). |
