Could anyone amongst you techies out there give me a wiring description for HDMI Plug. Just want to do a small conversion, also for DVI Plug if possible. many thanks. Don't worry, I am a professional!!!

Get a DVI to HDMI cable, sounds less painful.

. Maybe one should have read the query, and not assumed that the two plugs were to be connected to one another. As it happens further less infantile answers led me to the inevitable conclusion that, as is always the case in domestic electronics, every upgraded standard has to include an incompatibility clause to disenfranchise those of us who may be of a wish to adapt and multitask. Ah were it ever thus.

i hope it was scart to hdmi, now that would be a cable

espically if it was RGB
