Couldn't agree more! People do tend to cremate food - They wonder why the breast on their roast chicken comes out like powder
My steak - Got to be rib eye cooked rare to medium-rare and cooked on a cast iron griddle pan. Served with chips, minted peas, grilled beef tomatoe and two fried eggs - one on the steak and one on the chips. All covered with a sauce made with some of the meat juice, brandy, a dash of cream, Dijon mustard, paprika, black pepper, lemon juice and containing (cooked with) fried onion and mushroom. Similar in some respects to a Stroganoff sauce and gorgeous over chips egg and steak!
