I'm hoping someone will be able to help me out.

i have this make of TV it's about 6 years old

32 Philips 100HZ Dolby Prologic 3d Real Flat with Freeview

was watching tv a few days ago when the tv just went
blank and all i get now is a flashing red light on the bottom
left corner of the TV ( Not on screen ),i switch it off and
switch on but it does come on for only 1 second no picture
but can hear the sound for that 1 second,does anyone know what the problem may be,would be most gratefull
for anyone help.

To be honest, at that age its not worth repairing, CRT is dead anyway. If you cant afford a new HD Flat panel set, go to E-Bay, where you find loads of CRTs for very little.
