Do it via the EPG - presumably you can get the GuidePlus EPG in N. Ireland?.

I am looking for this info for a friend of mine who got this box for Christmas. He has Sky connected via Line 1. It would appear that there are two major problems with recording from Guide+ in his case - some channels are missing, for example analogue UTV (amazingly!) and to record RTE (only available to him via Sky) requires ten pushes of the button to scroll down the list to RTE!

Has he checked that UTV,is set to ON,as well as the other missing channels,in the Channel Editor,in the Guideplus menu?
As for RTE,he can change where it appears in the guide,by selecting the channel logo,first,second etc,then it will appear in the guide first,second etc.
