Breakfast: glass of pineapple juice and a slice of Marmite on toast
Dinner: Quorn 'ham' and tomato sandwich and a bag of cheese and onion crisps Tea: a home-made pizza, topped with lots of mozzarella, onions and mushrooms. Well, I'm about to cook it now. I'm starving as well.

Breakfast: Jam on toast, banana, yoghurt and a glass of orange juice
Lunch: Cheese sandwich, nutri-grain bar Dinner: Pie and chips Hasn't been a very creative day, foodwise. I tend to save culinary experimentation for the weekends when I have time to burn the kitchen down! |

Lunch - Prawn sandwich, and a lager Supper - Homemade prawn wontons with chilli sauce, followed by chilli con carne and rice and a few glasses of Rioja. (Strange starter when having a chilli, but I was using up wanton skins before best by date!!) |

I'm Italian, so my diet is a little bit different.....
Breakfast: caffelatte with biscuits Lunch: slice of liver (yes, yes, I know, but I loooove it.), shredded carrots, a clementine Dinner (still to go): I'll have 50 gr. of pasta with some tomato sauce, some cream cheese and half a sharon fruit - in Italy it's in its full season, and they are really sweet. |

![]() How about some nice crusty white bread, maybe with a poached egg. Nice and bland, no strong tastes etc. |
