Dinner: Roast chicken with mashed potato,carrot and swede puree,garden peas,brussel sprouts,croquette potatoes.
And watching tv tonight have had 1ltr coke,2 magnums,1 flake,1 cadburys caramel,3 pkts cheese and onion crisps and 1 kinder bueno
