Breakfast: camomile tea, banana and orange
Lunch: baguette, with chicken, red onion, coleslaw, yoghurt snack bar and an orange.
Dinner - not sure yet, hoping to make home made vegetable soup, depends on traffic!

breakfast= museli with skimmed milk a banana and a apple
lunch= half a bowl of heinz tomato soup and 2 slices of wholemeal toast with flora a orange and a clementine
dinner = a baked chicken breast and weightwatchers spiniach pasta and a homemade sauce of tomato and garlic a pear and a weightwatchers raspberry and chocolate fusion dessert

Breakfast: Corn flakes with raisins, banana and strawberries. Raspberry smoothie.
Lunch: Egg mayonnaise sandwich, yoghurt. More smoothie.
Snack: Sweet chilli cashew nuts.
Dinner: Beans on toast.

Tea: Probably Roast Chicken with roast potatoes and steamed veg followed by a Muller Fruit corner yogurt.

Off work today and only woke at 1.30 so

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Roast chicken with mashed potato,carrot and swede puree,garden peas,brussel sprouts,croquette potatoes.

And watching tv tonight have had 1ltr coke,2 magnums,1 flake,1 cadburys caramel,3 pkts cheese and onion crisps and 1 kinder bueno

Nut roast, lettuce, onion, red pepper, beetroot and sweetcorn relish wholemeal sandwiches

Some marinated tofu pieces (said in a thread the other day that I loathe tofu - but after trying these I have changed my mind!)

Brekkie: porridge

Snack: a few dates

Lunch: Sea Bream

Snack: a lot more dates through the afternoon

Dinner: I made up some muesli (including dates)

Snack: dates again.

This looks weird. I had bought some dates to make a date and walnut cake and made the mistake of opening the packet. I shall have to buy more now as there are not enough left to make the cake. I've already had to buy walnuts twice. Perhaps I should make a lemon cake instead.

You sound like me.

I had to give up that lifestyle shortly after turning 24. My metabolism seemed to die round about that age, so now, even after eating one chocolate bar, I feel a little bit bigger. My doctor advised that lots of chocolate eating makes you lazy and too care-free, which it did.
