Breakfast: Wholemeal Toast, chopped apple and grape
Lunch: Roast Beef, Mash and Beans with gravy
Tea: Ham sandwich (one slice of bread)
Supper: Fruit Loaf, one biscuit
Four or five mugs of tea throughout the day/after meals
Two squares of chocolate

Tea - Fried liver, kidney, onion, sausages mash & peas.
Supper - 2 jacket spuds with cheese & beans

Positively unhealthy day for me!

Breakfast - toast + butter
Dinner - Burger
Tea - Fish supper
Snack (at football) - Toffee crisp
Supper - slice of chocolate cream cake, a couple of buns

And not an ounce of weight put on

breakfast= alpen with skimmed milk and a apple
lunch= a orange and a banana half a tin of tescos healthy tomato soup and 2 slices of toast with flora
dinner = slimming world recipe oven chips with 2 quorn sasuages and baked beans
and some pineapple

Dinner: double-layered Quorn 'beef' slice and tomato sandwich
Tea: home-made veg chilli lasagne. (With tortillas instead of pasta. Mmmmmm!)

dinner - crispy chillie beef with fried rice - Mmmm

Lunch- nothing was at work
4.30- 1/3 of a pizza and a bag of crisps
Dinner- lamb steak, squashed potatoes, leeks and broccoli

I am hungry now tho, may have toast or left over potatoes and veg.

Panini with chicken and mozzarella (~600 cal)

1 Packet French Fries (94 cal)

Total: 1104 cal

Dinner tonight: Pasta, salad, couple of glasses of wine (hopefully less than 1400 cal)
