OOh I've just got all excited......can I have quorn? When I went vegan initially, quorn had egg white in it and I missed having it. I love quorn and really want it again
![]() tamed and OlgaChristie, but...Q: Are Quorn products suitable for a Vegan Diet? A: No. Since all Quorn products contain a small amount of egg white, and most also contain milk ingredients, they are not suitable for vegans. http://www.quorn.co.uk/CMSPage.aspx?ssbid=52 |

Breakfast I had toast, lunch was warm crusty roll with pate and sald of onion, tomatoe, cue and coriander. Lovely
Tonight is a girly night in with everyone bringing a dish. My dish is going to be king prawns fired in galic and chilli served on warm chiabata. Other things people are bringing are Asparagus wrapped in bacon and feta inside, salad, buttered potatoes, beef in a sauce? roasted veg, a chicken pasta dish and nibbles. Afters are going to be pancakes with stawberry's or new york style cheesecake. Hope it is all nice.
