Dinner: Lamb shank (As I know all of you were dying to find out lol)

I've had about 5 chewee breakfast bars, i've also had a bag of pickled onion monster munch, 4 oranges and some blue dragon noodle wok noodles

banana 2 pears, wholewheat wrap with tuna red onion and lettuce. Home made soup for my tea.

vegetables in tikka sauce with rice, left over from last night

Cornflakes for breakfast, ham roll for lunch now washing that down with some toffee crumble - anybody else ever tried this stuff? looks like chewed twix in pellets but is delicious!!!
