I don't like the tortillas you buy so I take the time to make them myself. Not worth the effort for most people but I love them fresh.

I also don't touch Old El Paso anymore. Discovery is 100 times nicer. I get their Fajita Seasoning and Sour Cream (which keeps incredibly well). I tend to buy Salsa Dip instead of the Salsas they sell for Fajitas. It's the same stuff just cheaper trying loads of different brands to find one I like.

I don't really serve it with anything, 2 or 3 fajitas are more than enough of a meal for me but I really should try more Tex-Mex dishes. The one thing I would love to try is the original Skirt Steak Fajita but I can't easily get hold of Skirt steak.

Dammit I'm hungry now lol!

After seeing what you've got organised I feel I have cheated somewhat.....My guacamole and salsa are ready made, the salad is coming from a bag and the potato wedges are of the frozen variety

I'm sure it'll all taste great though, my stomach's a-rumbling

How were your fajitas fanny?

We all enjoyed ours, but i didn't really cook enough chicken and peppers to put in them...oh well, i know to make more next time!

Absolutely delicious, I won't bother with re-fried beans again as the kids didn't like it, but the guac and homemade salsa were fantastic, a really easy supper that everyone enjoyed, and the minimum of work really.
