Dual Dvd Player / Surround

I got one of these from Asda over a year ago, Its been great, Not used 24hours a day for anything but using it more now,

Its a Dvd Player and has its own surround which i use the audio in for tv audio (you know what im going on about im sure!)

Anyway, Its not working now, Tried powering off, on

The Red light comes on, I press the standby button to turn on and it makes a clicking sound and doesnt do anytihing,

Im not sure Asda will do anything, or even dual, I would still like to contact and complain about it.

I cant find any uk number for dual so im thinking its just amercan/asda/walmart?

What do you think?
