My friend and i were talkin about Cheeses and he seems to think Brie is nicest but blatently the nicest cheese is a Feta or a bit of Red Leicester!

Who's with me?

Wensleydale with cranberries is a new love.

Feta is a summer-time love. A Greek salad is the best meal on earth.

Brie is probably my overall favourite.

Plastic 'cheese' is good on a burger with ketchup.

I find it difficult to choose. I love most.

Buffalo mozzarella is my favourite, but I did try some ricotta with cranberries and it tasted just like cream and fruit, it was lovely.

Gruyere or Gorgonzola if I'm just having cheese by itself.
If in a salad, then mozzarella, feta, or halloumi

I'm surprised no one has come up with Stilton yet.

It's so good with a glass of old Ruby Port

I had to post in this thread as am annoyed with self due to leaving loads of Brie and Brebie in France. Favourite cheese is probably BBQ'd Halloumi, good old Cheddar on toast and Boursin/any other spreadable cheese.
