How weird, I'd never even heard of Danish Blue until I saw it in Tesco, and now there's a nice chunk sat in my fridge.

Mmmm, but I don't think you can beat melted mozzarella.... yum.

I also like French Roule with garlic and herbs on crackers.

In fact, I'm just not fussy really!

I love extra mature New Zealand cheddar. It is strong and has a particular bite which no other cheddar appears to have.
