Drinks optics

Does anyone here have anything like this at home? I like my spirits, and thought it would be a novelty item to have! Where's the best place to get on - there's singular ones and in rows, even on eBay, althoughI'm not sure about the quality - a friendof mine bought some once, and they leaked.

Idealy, I'd love a traditional-style beer pump..

Any ideas??

My brother has a drinks optics. You can buy them at Amazon.

You can also buy a primitive beer pump at Amazon too.

They have them in our local Wilkinson's. They are quite cheap, a bit flimsy though, I am not sure if I would trust them to hold a bottle of spirits.

Optic is a brand name by Gaskell and Chambers so if you get genuine optic pearl measures they should be good quality, it is not enforced very much but when we started selling the cheaper ones we were not allowed to call them "Optic". It is worth paying for the genuine ones as they last longer.

Not sure about the Brackets themselves though.

Hi - my dad used to work in a pub and when the size of standard measures changed, the pub employees got to take away the old optics as they were still pretty new. I got a couple of them. I think optics are a great thing as you can give your friends a measure of alcohol that they will enjoy, instead of the dodgy pours when everyone's had a few drinks

I got my friend a set of optics from Argos for his Xmas and he says they're working fine. They were only £14.99 ( for 4 optics), but they were on special so they are £19.99 normal price.

I bought a revolving set of four from one the tele auction channels before Christmas, they are really good. I'll see if I can find a link for you
