Toshiba RDXV47 160Gb HDD/DVD/VHS Recorder
Can anyone tell me if this recorder has its own analogue tuner?

If you are going to use this for archiving in conjunction with a PVR then it's okay, otherwise get one with a digital tuner.

Thanks for the info. I can't receive Freeview in my area at the moment so I'm looking to use this as an interim solution. Am I correct in assuming that in the future I'll be able to hook it up to a Freeview box?
