No...it`s a filter...a common device to change the tone and subtlety of the photograph and bring a lustre to the skin...oh, and hide the ginger too.

Pic looks fake to me. Or at least its equally likely to be fake as real. The head looks like any number of pics since she was on BB, and it looks slightly blurred from enlargement compared to the body.
