For the benefit of Tiscali broadband customers (and those shortly to migrate from Homechoice), could Tiscali provide an assurance that their e-mail system has greater resilience than Homechoice's?
Homechoice e-mail was unavailable for most of the weekend, apparently due to a "Spam Bomb" attack, and only those with a third party e-mail address were able to access email. (cf other threads on this forum).
Given the importance of e-mail to me, (and , no doubt most customers), I would like to know if I can rely on an uninterrupted e-mail service.
