Best Rib Meat

I was wondering are Pork ribs always the best to use, or are Beef ribs better???

I would like to cook a simple rib recipe, possibly baked in the oven, nothing too fancy as I'm quite a plain eater! Just in say a BBQ sauce. The kind they do in Blubeckers Restaurants?? They are the best ribs around

I would imagine pork should be better. I'd also marinate them in the sauce for as long as you can so the sauce permeates the meat

Baby back ribs are the simplest, and probably the tenderest. Beef ribs are very nice but need a lot longer cooking to tenderise.

We got some beef ones a couple of times from a butchers stall on a local market, that was a few years ago though and I had them in Egypt (as they don't eat Pork). They were alright, but I prefer pork to be honest.
