My dad has Goodmans LD3201 tv recently the remote that came with TV has stopped working, its not the batteries. I have never had this happen to me and TV is not that old but out of warranty. He has tried before to get his Sky remote to work with this TV and he says none of the codes work he has Pace Sky Digibox fitted in the last 9 months has anyone any ideas how to get remote to work or sky remote to work as its a pain for pensioners to feel down the side of a tv to adjust volume. TV remote is RC2600

Have you tried the generic four digit codes or the specific 3 digit ones with the Sky remote?

If he's only tried specific ones, might be worth trying the generic one. Might not get full control but you'd get the basics which would be better than nothing.

Try it a couple of times, it can be a bit finicky about picking it up properly.
