Why can't we choose our no?
EasyMobile allowed customers to choose a good ph no from a range of nos. AFAIK no-one else does. Why not?

Indeed all Orange contract phones have their allocated number on the box. This mean customers can choose their number from those we have in store.

Not really much of a choice then , narrowed by the model you choose , the qty in stock and then you liking the number thats available ![]() I recall yonks ago having a PAYG Phillips C12 on 02 and looking through a pile of boxes in a big Dept store and finding two consecutive numbers me and the wife liked , it was good having numbers so close. I have not got a clue what the wifes number is now as its preset in speed dial so no real need to know it offhand |

it depends on the number range they offer you, alot of numbers are classified as GOLD/Platinum numbers and they actually charge alot of money for those numbers..

If I were you I would ask the mods to delete the number from your post. |

Orange have 4 levels of Memorable Numbers.
One that means nothing to noone but you would cost you £10 such as having your DOB in it. Bronze are more memorable such as 07973 881883 and cost £50. Silver would be something like 07973 100100 and cost £200. Gold would be 07973 000000 and would cost £300. |
