You have to pay for the live feeds, last year I think it was around £15 for the 9 weeks.

Indeed, it does start on Tuesday 8th July (American time)and there are no free feeds this year...

No, it did start on Friday, although the live coverage isn't available until after the series premiere on Tuesday.
