No, like all the other gateway providers now in the market, their rates vary according to destination.
A quick look at their site shows they're nothing special but rates are reasonable.
For example, they charge 1p/minute to call Spanish landlines via an 0844 gateway number but their rates to call UK mobiles via 0871 or 0905 gateway numbers are easily beaten by 18185.
