can anyone tell me what re-sent data packets are please

They are data packets that do not arrive at the destination or arrive but are corrupted. Therefore they have to be sent again.

When you send and receive data on your phone, or computer, it is broken down into small pieces called packets. This is so that if an error occurs, you do not have to send the whole thing again.
