Does anyone remember it?

I thought it was gross and I would never try it because it was green lol

It was Heinz that did it as far as I remember.
Same as you couldn't get my head around it, and never tasted it!

Gosh I was talking about this with my Dad at the weekend. I can remember it looked gross and just never tasted the same. I can remember sitting at the breakfast table and my Dad smothered it over his boiled eggs on toast... pass the barf bucket!

Im sure I saw somewhere that carrots were originally blue (or at least coloured differently). It was as a result of genetic manipulation years ago that gave us the orange carrot

I don't know why Heinz decided to make it green, but my kids loved it. Did look a little strange, but I thought it tasted the same.

the only reason you think green ketchup looks odd is because you are not used to it. If ketchup was green normally you would be turning your nose up at the thought of red ketchup!

Carrots were always blue, red, black, green, yellow, white or purple. It was the Dutch that made them orange.
