o2 "no access to network"
whats this all about? it was working fine up until about an hour ago when it my o2 phone decided to start saying "No access to netwk." on the screen and not allowing me to do anything!
I can't even call o2 as I don't have a handline! |

Take the SIM card out, wipe in on dry cloth then put it back in. You never know it might solve the problem!

I'm on O2 pay as you go and all fine here. The other night about midnight it came up "sim card not active" on my phone screen, the screen started flashing black and white for a few seconds then it all came back on. But I think thats to do with the phone not the network as its been playing up quite a bit lately.

All back to normal here today, must have been working on the transmitters locally.

I had the same thing.
I rang up - and got told that the whole of the NW & North Wales had 3G network problems. If it happens again, just change your settings back to GSM network and all should be fine. ![]() /y0z |
